When I was a child, I played tennis regularly in school with friends, but then I stopped playing tennis. Now I want to back to playing tennis and want to buy a durable racquet to improve my playing skill.

Hi. I’m 60 yo female, play tennis 4-5x per week. I play at fairly advanced level on regional teams. I have played with Babolat aero drive for many years and am now considering new racket. Thinking of Head boom or Speed, Wilson clash or Babolat aero light. Any suggestion plz?

Just came upon your article while searching for a complex answer for one of our club members who is 86 years old and has declined tennis skill levels significantly. My question is, can this individual be asked to not to renew his membership due to increased risk of injuries that may occur when playing against individuals who are 10-15 years younger and have greater skill levels?

Thank you for explaining that practicing against a wall won’t ruin your strokes, rather they can help you improve. I’ve been wondering if my daughter should be practicing tennis against a wall when she can’t play against someone else. I’ll be sure to share this with her so we can find a time for her to do this.
